I met Joey Sandlin in 2015 when we came down to Adams county to look into purchasing a home we found the one we wanted and put in a bid on it. And we moved in January of 2016. Going to Sandlin realtor he worked really hard for us. I would recommend Sandlin realtor to all my family and friends. I give him 5 stars. But he deserves a lot more than that.

Mr. Sandlin, is very knowledgeable in real estate matters. We were looking for pointers in what to do to our house to get the best price and when is the best time of year to list it. He was very informative and helped us make some decisions that are right for us right now. He as well helped our housing group to sell two houses. Very satisfied customers.

Able to get marked down house lower than reduced price. Showed us different properties through out the Mount Orab vicinity. He listened too :sand reviewed houses that met our wishes. He saved us money on an already reduced property.

Excellent at what he does, works great at trying to find your dream home... great at negotiations, and helping everyone out that is involved... very smart caring and loving at his job, we went and looked at a place with him, but it didn't work out because it was an amish home and we had to pay to have electricity and furnace put in, by the time we did all that the payment was going to be too high for us.

When my wife and I suddenly sold our home we needed to find an other home fast. Through Joey's expertise, knowledge and skills we found a home, negotiated a price (under appraised value) and closed before the time we needed to be out of our old home. We now live in the home of our dreams.

Excellent agent!!!!! Very knowledgable, did his research of every house he showed us; as well as told us everything we needed to know about how to sell our house quickly! He was also excellent at negotiating to get us a great price on our house. I will definitely be referring him to all of our friends and family!
